Ultra low capacitance bidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode, part of the TrEOS Protection family. This device is housed in a small leadless DFN1006BD-2 (SOD882BD) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package with side-wettable flanks. The device is designed to protect one automotive in-vehicle network bus line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.
